Waited an hour first visit. Heard talking and laughing in hallways had to step out and ask when I would be seen. No other patients were there. Went Heat later for same issue they wanted more X-rays I had a tissue problem did not need X-rays. Again after 55 minutes I left telling then they better not charge my insurance. Luckily met another podiatrist who diagnosed my issue and had surgery to remove the soft tissue that was affected. Pathology report confirmed need for removal.

Highly recommend! Dr Amanda Bartell is an excellent doctor with a friendly bed side manner. She explains all the option for treatments in layman’s terms, using a model to explain everything thoroughly.
Not a great experience. A quick review of my pain and recommended a shot into my foot. Was told it was a cocktail and have no idea what she (they, them) put into my foot. My pain only intensified after the shot and had shooting electrical pain making me think she (they, them) hit a nerve. Their bedside manner was flip and jovial but not welcome by me.
Stay away from this group! Especially her husband Dr. Andrew Bartell who goes to the Assisted Living facilities. My mother was under his care at the ALF and about 4 months ago he measured her for diabetic shoes. When we didn't hear anything about the shoes, I called the office and they said the doctor hasn't completed the form. They never informed my mom she was supposed to have her primary care doctor complete a form she was never given. Very thorough and compassionate
I had a great experience with Dr Bartell and her office! She was very thorough and explained all of my options. After my surgery, she guided me through the recovery process and my outcome was even better than expected! I went to an orthopedic and another podiatrist before Dr Bartell and she was the only one who understood and was able to take care of my issue.
Dr. Bartell is wonderful! She is very knowledgeable and explains things well. She repaired my Achilles' tendon and I am back to playing tennis. She definitely knows what she is doing and I would recommend her in a heartbeat!
Excellent personal care. She will also fit you in, in an emergency
