Dr. Chen is very friendly and intelligent, making the eye exam process seamless. She's very skilled at explaining eye care and health in a very straightforward, easy to understand way. There's no pressure to purchase glasses or contacts, though it is easy to order them given how much they help navigate insurance nuances. Highly recommend.
