We have been quite pleased with Amada's team. We find them quite responsive and helpful, whether initially setting up the home care, or with scheduling caregivers. And any billing issues are promptly attended to with excellent communication. We are particularly satisfied with Aklesia and Jodie --they are a godsend. Five stars across the board!
When my friends and I were attempting to help our good friends, a couple who both were hospitalized and in rehab care, Eliza of Amada was just exceptional! She helped us navigate all that had to be done to get them home again. She selected excellent caregivers, directed the installation of grab bars and other items, and went above and beyond the call of duty. If only there were six stars, because five does not seem enough. When my long time friend was ready to go home after a lengthy stay at Pine Ridge Rehab, she could not have done it without the help of Eliza Cha and Amada Senior Care. Pine Ridge referred Eliza to us and she and her care team have worked diligently to care for my friend. I did not know what to expect as far as in home care, but Eliza was an answer to our prayer. I am so grateful for the amazing care that we are receiving through Amada. Amada is a part of our lives going on 3 years - Helping our parents age in place. My dad has recently passed. The care and compassion they are giving my mom is such a comfort. We have the most amazing caregiver. Her name is Marlana. She is an earth angel. This moment in life has not been easy. Marlana and Amada have helped navigate the changes and are a blessing in our lives.
I met Eliza two month ago in regards to my long term care insurance and she has been exceptionally helpful in helping me make descisions in my husbands long term care.
