I only gave 1 star because it took that to write the review. I purchased this Groupon last year and never received the service. Each time I was given a different date someone would arrive and they never showed. Twice I was even given a week window which I just knew at that point someone would show. Three months later I have so much debris in my gutter it’s leaking. I don’t understand how that happens. I was very patient but that’s just ridiculous. I, like many here, bought a Groupon. Whoever answers the phone in their office is the most arrogant and rude person I've spoken to in years. He refused to set an appointment, only saying that I'd receive an email and they were coming, whether I could be there or not. He inflated the square footage of my house using tax assessment records (which is lied about, I checked) and, I caught him at this, simply announced "we're not cleaning your gutters."
