We’ve used Ivan for all of our maintenance plumbing needs at our house and my parents house. He’s a very straight forward, easy to work with, knowledgeable plumber. He isn’t the cheapest technician out there but you get what you pay for! If you want your stuff handled correctly, Ivan is your guy!

Called to fix the clogged toilet came fast he said it is going to be 175 for unclogging then said he has to remove the toilet to unclog and it would be $500 instead of $175 I agreed. he said he unlogged it. I came home next day used the toilet twice and it was clogged again I called him back, he said there's problem with sceptic tank. I paid $500 to empty sceptic tank toilet is still clogged. called him back never responds to my calls to come and fix costed me 1k and wasted my time for a week such a waste of time and money!!... read more

I have been calling on Ivan from AM South Plumbing to years to handle issues at my home and rental properties. He has always been up front and detailed about the solutions and cost. He recently installed a new Rheem 50 gallon water heater at my house. Did a fantastic job. Very happy, would highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and find another plumber. When Ivan from AM Plumbing first came out to replace my water heater, I was satisfied with their service. Fast forward 6 months and an inspection on that unit's exhaust is needed in order to complete some roof work. I called Ivan to come out and do that. He looked everything over and noticed a few things that were not up to code. He told me he would fix them and complete the inspection. After nearly 3 weeks, I haven't heard back from him. Called Ivan and he responded via text right away. I explained that I had a leak by a bathroom drain but I could not find the source. Ivan checked out the bathroom and recommended that he use a camera and snake the main line. He reported to me that there were several places where the pipe was clogged, and he got most of it out. After a few days the leak reappeared. I called Ivan and told him the problem, he told me he was in the middle of a job and would call me as soon as he was done.
