Amazing and beautiful ppl working here. The care and support was phenomenal!!! Wait time perfect. Everything was perfect thank you so much for taking great care of me.
Staff are great but expect long wait times to be seen. It’s a contactless check in and free parking (must be validated after appt). I went there on a Sunday at 8am and did not see a doctor until 8:40ish. (We were the only ones there lol)
The team was delightful and professional and took their time with me, listening to my symptoms and helping devise a treatment care plan. And the team has a great sense of humor which was very therapeutic.
It has taken me several weeks to write this review, as I am still processing the severity of my experience. On Monday, April 13, I presented at the urgent care facility in significant respiratory distress and informed the receptionist that I was struggling to breathe and gasping for air. I was instructed to sit and wait. When I was eventually called back, I became extremely lightheaded—likely due to lack of oxygen and standing too quickly—and told the nurse I felt I was going to pass out.
