AM PM Air Conditioning does the annual maintenance on my air conditioning and they do an incredible job. Always on time, very courteous and super professional staff. Our AC evaporator coil died and also needed some ductwork done. AM/PM ran the part replacement through my warranty so luckily all I had to pay was labor, which was very competitively priced. Having a good AC guy in Florida is as important and these guys fit the bill. Give these folks a call and let them wow you with amazing customer service, quality work, and very competitive pricing.

If only there was a no star review! I had my new AC installed with this company around this time last year and this has proven to be my biggest regret. From the time this company installed the unit, there was nothing but problems. Everytime they came out, a tech would give a different BS reason why my AC unit was making crazy noises or just stop working. Last year one tech that came out, told me that the pipes was one reason why the ac stopped working and he had to unclog them, but if it became a problem he would replace them. Mind you, this was never mentioned before from previous tech that came for the same problem. So my AC went out again last night and this time it was a fan that stopped... more>>

I spoke to Bonnie who rudely told me that they would replace this part at no cost but they can no longer do business with me. I never received a call back from management. BE AWARE this company has been nothing but a nightmare. I believe they either didn't properly install the unit correctly or installed faulty parts in my home. I am just happy that I have all of my recording, videos, and emails as proof. I am going to definitely fight this!

Pedro and his people are the BEST! Ac broke and they got the part in less than 24hrs had it fixed less than 48hrs after diag. Definitely would recommend them to everyone and do so!!!
