Alex was awesome! He was in the neighborhood, so he added us in no problem last minute, showed up early, was friendly and informative. He did the job quickly and left absolutely no mess. Easy to get ahold of the business, prompt response to my questions. Very fairly priced, they came next day to fix the problem. Explained the situation and the resolution well. Both of the employees very nice and worked quickly to get the problem fixed. And they turned the water on/off for me. Will use again for plumbing needs. adding in to mention, they texted me a picture of the person coming to fix the issue. I appreciated knowing who was coming, so there couldn't be any confusion or impersonation risks.
I contacted Alex via Facebook on Wednesday evening to ask about how I might go about centering and installing a new fire pit ring in my parents’ backyard firepit. needed a same-day job so that we could turn our water back on & Alex came out about an hour BEFORE he was scheduled which was great in and of itself, however he gave a quick estimate & quickly and efficiently completed the job. got a new plumber if I need one, thanks!
I needed a same day plumber to come and fix a broken cartridge in my master shower. They came the same day, friendly and up front with pricing before touching anything. I truly appreciated that they weren’t charging by the hour to do a job. The expected job came with MANY obstacles as whoever built our house did not probably secure the pipes. Even though a 15 minute job turned into an hour and a half the price was still the same. I definitely will use them again in the future for anything plumbing related!
