Wow!! – I am so happy I found Alyson Powell!! I went to Alyson with reddish highlights that were supposed to be blonde. I was so scared, had really bad hair experiences, and she assured me she could fix the color. She did just that, and gave me an amazing cut too. My highlights look awesome and having curly hair she wow'd me with a great cut!! Alyson is truly amazing!!!
Best Haircut! – Alyson gave me the best haircut I've ever had. I have curly hair that is really difficult to cut and she was able to find a style, shape, and sexiness that no other hairdresser has been able to give me. I have lived in New York and Paris and gone to many of 'the top salons' in those cities and paid exorbitant prices for people specializing in curly hair. Alyson's ability far surpassed what I experienced anywhere else. I'm sending all of my friends to her.

Lovely job – Alyson is a god send. I came to her with tri colored hair after a truly bad color experience from another salon. I was nervous to have anyone even touch it. But I read the reviews then spoke with her on the phone. She listened to my plight, she figured out what needed to be done, and then quietly, she "fixed" my hair. Voila! I look like me again. Back to my natural brunette state! I can't tell you how happy I am to have found such a skilled colorist.
Best hair stylist in california – Alyson does the most natural highlights and the bet hair cut I have ever had, I have curly fine hair, my natural hair color is sandy brown. With the cut she gives me I'am able to blow dry my hair out or leave it natural. When my hair grows out it looks so natural that know one can tell. I get lots of complements on my hair. Alyson is the best hair stylist I have ever met. She has such a positive attitude she makes me feel great.
Phenomenal! – For those of you who have never been to Alyson you can rest assured you are in very good hands. Her attention to detail is exceptional and she is by far worth every cent. BEST HAIRSTYLIST & COLORIST OF ALL TIME!!!!!! – I have found the best hairstylist and colorist of all time-ALYSON POWELL!!!! After searching Los Angeles for a truly talented stylist, I have found a home at the Ken Paves salon with ALYSON. I'm not even going to tell you how far away I live....
