My dad and his girlfriend who are both elderly have paid their deposit and was told the unit would be ready weeks ago Jennifer won’t return any calls made us sit in parking lot for 2 hours didn’t show up when I called the website phone number the lady talked terrible to me refused to give me her name and refused to give me corporate phone number and hung up on me I had 5 witnesses to the phone conversation as she was on speaker phone unbelievable I will pay for an atty and they will get their deposit back!!!

DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT HERE. THEY ARE RUDE. DONT TAKE CARE OF THE PROPERTIES. ANY OF THEM. The unit I was going to rent from smelled, had bugs. The floor that was replaced seemed to still be weak. Water damage on walls, no screens in windows. Don’t ever return phone calls. Never in the office.

My mom was told an apt would be Available January and told her to give a deposit to “hold it” but they never told her when it would be ready and they aren’t answering her calls, voicemails and she’s even gone up to the office numerous times and nobody was ever there. She tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt because the reviews were years old. But don’t be fooled. They have not changed and just want to take your money. Listen to the other reviews!

big revolving door of tenants in and out. property not kept up or kept clean. owner does not enforce any rules. maintenance is lacking. Owner has a reputation. Please beware. always get copies of your lease and rent receipts. send a copy of your notice to vacate by certified mail and take thorough pictures when you move out.
