Please clean up this dumpy property!! It needs tore down its a eye sore for the community!! The patios facing plank rd.are horrible does the manager not see this mess? How are the owners ok with this project looking place!! 🤔
Where to begin afterhour maintenance number doesn't work. they'd come and do a work order and half-assed the job leave their equipment say they did things they didn't do. I've had mold in my unit for 5 months from a leak in bathroom. So glad I'm moving dueces slumlords
My dad and his girlfriend who are both elderly have paid their deposit and was told the unit would be ready weeks ago Jennifer won’t return any calls made us sit in parking lot for 2 hours didn’t show up when I called the website phone number the lady talked terrible to me refused to give me her name and refused to give me corporate phone number and hung up on me I had 5 witnesses to the phone conversation as she was on speaker phone unbelievable I will pay for an atty and they will get their deposit back!!!
