Dr. Anderson is a rare find because he spends time with you and listens, so as result, his practice is a very busy one. It is true that there is a voicemail system that may pick up your call. I almost always get a call back the same day. My one complaint is that the referal department often time does not call you back in a timely manner; it can be one to two weeks. I really like Dr. Anderson. Friendly, caring really talks to you as someone he wants to heal and help. Dr. Anderson has gobs of experience. Miss Cindy , the nurse, is a doll. Always sweet and kind. The front office desk is another story. Impatient, rude, and refuses to help . I have called so many times to be seen and whoever is working the front office will not call back, hangs up on me. When I did finally get through, I was told that I cannot be seen because I "left" Dr. Anderson. How could I leave when I cannot get in to ... read more
Changed my insurance just so I could keep Dr. Anderson as my family doctor. He is an excellent diagnostician!

Dr Anderson is a throw back to the family doctor who treated everything. He is thoughtful, patient and thorough. He is the perfect family doctor.
Dr Anderson is an experienced physician using up to date medical knowledge. He takes time to listen to you in a friendly manner. I have been a patient for 6 years and very pleased and healthy.
