I have used this provider for over ten years. I've had nothing but great experiences and my mom & dad have benefited greatly for the help they received. I wonder if the bad reviews are someplace else, because they don't have a waiting room, etc.... it is a medical equipment supply not a office where you make appointment and wait so I was a little confused by that?

Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Definitely! I saw it as soon as I walked in! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first

Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? No, he/she did not appear to care very much Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? All the time! the waiting rooms are always packed and It seems as if they are more concerned about quantity over quality Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? Did this provider answer all of your questions? No, I left confused and frustrated Was this provider's staff friendly? Friendly Enough Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with! Are you going to visit this provider again? Not if my life depended on it Did this provider rush your appointment? No

Were the staff members able to answer your questions? They were rarely able to answer any of my questions Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better
