I wish there was an option for zero stars with an alert. Always Ready Repair installed Magic Pak furnace in my home on the 13th of December, 2022. Less than one week after installation I contacted Always Ready Repair of the humming noise and odd smell. I had NICOR come out to confirm it was not a gas leak and/or carbon monoxide. I did not hear from Always Ready Repair until after the holiday season. This was after my brother contacted them on my behalf due to lack of response. We needed to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Jason came out to give us a quote and he spent lots of time explaining our options. He gave us a lot of information and there was no pressure about anything. Within a couple of weeks the installation was done, all in one day. The installers were competent, polite, careful not to damage anything and cleaned up the area nicely. Great job! Well done! Highly recommend. .
