I wish there was an option for zero stars with an alert. Always Ready Repair installed Magic Pak furnace in my home on the 13th of December, 2022. Less than one week after installation I contacted Always Ready Repair of the humming noise and odd smell. I had NICOR come out to confirm it was not a gas leak and/or carbon monoxide. I did not hear from Always Ready Repair until after the holiday season. This was after my brother contacted them on my behalf due to lack of response. Always Ready put in a furnace in my home. They are very professional, and Honest. They put a furnace and air conditioner in my related living addition 17 years ago as well. The furnace they put in today replaced the 27 year old one in the front of my home. I highly recommend them. I'm so Happy with there customer service. A1 company.
