Ed moved a toilet in my small, old (~100 yrs) home, as well as move the plumbing for a sink and shower. He was prompt, courteous, personable and efficient! His experience came through in his observations and work. He took the time to answer my questions and provided answers that a non-plumbing expert could understand. I appreciated his tips and tricks for the future care of my bathroom and plumbing in general. I will definitely recommend him to friends. Ed came at the promised time and did a complete analysis of the swamp cooler and in a couple of hours the unit went from not working to purring like brand new thanks to his expertise. ALWAYS is now my go to contractor for plumbing, heating.

Ed was awesome. He quickly diagnosed a tile cracked grout issue that was causing a leak. He then very quickly installed a water line to my refrigerator. Very professional, on time and thorough.

Hot water heater - Ed was the tech that came out. He is a straight shooter. Had problem diagnosed within minutes and had solutions on the spot. Had to have unit replaced. We ended up going to a bigger tank for just a little bit more money. Ed was very personable and professional. He had job completed in the time frame he had quoted me. Ed came out on a Saturday, and spent almost 4 hours reconfiguring our plumbing under a new drop in sink and installing an unusual faucet after our granite in the kitchen had been installed. He was polite, and clearly took his time to make sure it was done right. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Fixed the furnace problem in an hour. Even checked out cleaned and tested other components in my system. Price was reasonable.
