Had this company over to hook up my sink, disposal and dishwasher. They went to plug in disposal and switch was off and disposal was running. Service guy did understand why disposal was running with switch off and instead of stopping and telling me there was a problem, he said oh well and replugged device into outlet, which caused a loud bang and then no power in house.
