I have been a patient since my kids were younger and had braces (about 30 years ago), and now I have invisible aligners on my teeth at 65! I can tell the difference in almost eight months of wearing them. Dr. Pecora is the best, and Nikki, my Hygenist is awesome at what she does. I wouldn't trust anyone else but Always Great Smiles with my teeth.
Dr. Zaremba and staff resolved my broken crown quickly and comfortably. The staff is so positive that a visit to the dentist which used to be my least favorite thing and painless. I recommend using the Always Great Smiles!
Dr. Zaremba did an amazing job on the bonding in 4 places on my front teeth. The bonding he did for me was very strong and long-lasting. My previous dentist had tried to do this very same bonding and was unsuccessful - I had to go back literally 3 times within the first 30 days to get it fixed. After the 3rd time, I switched to Dr. Zaremba at Always Great Smiles and he fixed the bonding perfectly – the 1st time. It’s been several months later and the bonding is still perfect.
