Nikki was my hygienist - always does a wonderful job and so gentle in the process. Lots of good dental hygiene tips while she's working. A great encourager for flossing and brushing!
I saw Dr. Zaremba today for a filling. He double checked everything before starting because I don't usually see him and cannot have epinephrine. I have a bad reaction with it. He explained everything to me as he was doing the procedure to put me at ease. Dr. Zaremba was very thorough and seems like a perfectionist, which I appreciated.
Once again I need to thank Marietta for her patience and understanding in scheduling and rescheduling my adult children and husband. She is always professional, cheerful and understanding....Our family has been patients of AGS for years and I am always happy and relieved when Marietta answers the phone...I know she will answer all my questions and provide exemplary customer service. I stared with Dr. Gavin about 50 years ago. I wouldn't still be here if I was unhappy with his service. Speaking of service, the staff has always been polite and friendly. My appointments are on time. I'm in and out within the estimated time frame. Chuck H.
I have been a delighted patient since the mid-90's when my neighbor referred me and I have happily referred my friends as well. I have no intention of seeing anyone else for my family's care. Pat and Janet are outstanding at their crafts.
The staff at Always great smiles are very professional. They are customer focused and Dr. Zaremba is a top tier dentist. He is very focused on providing the best service and my teeth have never been better. He is awesome!
Anna is a brand new hygenist at AGS, however she has had much experience elsewhere and my teeth feel fantastic once again after my 6 month cleaning. I am going to regularly keep up my 6 month cleanings.
I was treated very well, friendly and professional. Fixing the broken tooth was an unpleasant process, but it is inherently so. Given the circumstances, it went quite well.
We have been seeing Dr. Gavin and Madline for over 30 years. I totally trust them with my dental care. They are kind considerant, knowledgeable, and the staff in the office is also very kind, friendly, and pleasant. Always a friendly greeting, no wait time for the appointment, and pleasant surroundings.
