Nora is very professional and great with her staff! I had a great experience and would recommend this facility again!
This agency is one of the first that I've worked with and they started really strong. But when the market got really difficult and Medicare got strict with their requirements, they were not able to comply. The quality of service declined very fast due to high turnover of employees. Plus, I think they're one of the few who still uses manual charting/records for their patients.
