Nick worked steadily for about 10 hours installing a new water heater & utility sink, and repairing a tub faucet leak. I'm not sure he even took a lunch. It was more involved than originally thought. He was professional & polite. The work areas were cleaner when he left than when he got there! I would definitely hire this company again.
Showed up early, overall did great job.
Tech's made effort to give me same day service, worked thru the dark with headlamps to make sure my sewer was completely working right. Explained every scenario why the clogged pipe happened and gave excellent recommendations on how to keep the problem from happening again.
Work quality seems excellent. Received both a "best case" and "worst case" estimate from the company, and they kept in contact with us through three weeks of delays on our part, until we could schedule the repair. "Best case" turned out to be the situation, so our cost for the report was quite low. The one and only issue was that when we finally were able to move ahead, and asked for an appointment, and gave them a choice of two preferred dates, they made the appointment and did not confirm to us which date the chose. We are so glad that we went with this company. Their rates are competitive and they were able to fix my tankless water heater sooner than we thought. Nick is a very efficient and knowledgeable plumber and did an excellent job on the project. We will Definitely hire him again.
Very knowlegeable and courteous technician.
Our second-story shower/bathtub had a small leak. We'd run the shower and find water dripping from the garage ceiling. Nick removed two small sections of drywall to try and zero in on the source, but after repeated tests, no leaks could be found. While this was a relief, it still doesn't answer the question "where was the water coming from?" This company is affordable, fair and reputable. I called other pluming companies game over and then tried to lock me into an online estimate without even locating the problem. Always Affordable Pluming sent experienced Mark and he was through, friendly and located a slow leak that haunted us for 31 years. As a preventive we also had our outside pressure valve replaced and added new connections to our toilets. I highly recommend this company and with a stoke of luck you may get MARK like we dd.
