Did a very good job on replacing the water main and connections, valves, bib to the house. Nick stayed late working to ensure that we had water when he left. Unfortunately, the job was done over the course of time when we were experiencing occasional rain. The area is muddy and we felt it best if we personally replaced the patio stone to its original state/condition.

I apologize it took so long for my comments I tried to forget about the time but every time I see a commercial or anything about your company my blood pressure goes up. After the person finish the job he told me that I had to pay a extra $300 because the job was difficult, they had been to my house gave me an estimate and when the installer came he had to leave because there was some things he did not have before he even start on the sink. this company found the inherently dangerous condition left by valencia construction in the "plumbing" work done which would have caused a fatal flaw in the plumbing inst6all,. I had to rip out the granite and drywall to fix this dangerous condition
Asked for I.d. No problem.. Explained what had to be done and gave me option to do the work. Happy with service
Plumber was delayed due to a previous job, and the company kept us informed both concerning the delay and when he would be arriving, which was very much appreciated. Analysis of our problem was quick, and the resolution was done same day. Plumbing issue has been fully resolved to our satisfaction.

Our plumber, a very nice and friendly person, came to inspect our toilet, which was always running and had problems flushing. Jeremy explained what caused the problems and gave us some options on what to do, replace the parts in the tank or upgrade the whole toilet all together. A little bit more expensive than the first option, but within our budget. We made the right decision because our difficulties were solved and Jeremy professionally had the old one out and the new one in a little more than 2 hours.
The first installation was not as it should have been. AAP followed up on their own and reinstalled the heater to my satisfaction.
