I love going to always a party. They have everything you need for an event. They are very professional about what they do. Very friendly. If ever you want to plan an event, this is the place to go.
My granddaughter rented a slushie machine and an unforeseen emergency occurred and was unable to pick it up. We went in to explain what happened and was told that they can only credit her for a future event or refund half her cost. I get it that they could have rented the machine to someone else, and we had every intention of picking it up, but it was out of our control. Needed 10 - 120” rounds table cloths for an event. Of the 10, one was still crusty and oil stained and they were all different sizes. Went to return, Google stated they were open until 5. Showed at 4:30, CLOSED AT 3. Went back to return them this morning, explained the size and dirty cloth AND the inconvenience and cost to make another trip.
