Apartments are nice,... (Verified Renter) Apartments are nice, high ceilings, staff responds in a timely manner. Maintenance is quick usually fixed the same day. Safe environment. The cons - Price for rent is very high and no assigned parking. I have assigned parking at my new place and it makes such a big difference! It's great!
The maintenance personnel... (Verified Renter) The maintenance personnel are very professional and courteous. They do a lot to keep the property clean even though they have to deal with residents who not feel compelled to keep the property clean and (dog owners) to clean up after their pets.

The total package The buildings are top quality. The walls and floors are solid and very well insulated. That makes it quiet and very easy to heat. The lighting and plumbing fixtures are impressive - beautiful, functional, and solid. I live in a studio apartment but the kitchen is huge! The counters are large and well designed. It is a great place to live, it is safe, and I always feel that the management is very responsive to any requests and/or concerns from the residents.
