(Verified Renter) I would certainly recommend this apartment community to any friend or family member, with the only "caveat" being the expensive rent (in my opinion) I have made this point in the past, but I understand that people do NOT have many options for apartment rentals in MERIDEN. This community is very safe and well maintained. My personal experience living here for several years now has always been positive (with very few exceptions)

Overall, I like my apartment but neither heat or hot water are included in the rent, which I should have picked up on when deciding to rent here. Most other complexes include at least hot water. I have yet to be able to take a hot bath because the tank is so small there isn't enough water to do so. And the hallway carpets are beginning to look stained, which is embarrassing when guests come... read more
