Awfu tenant experience, do not recommend. This is the kind of thing that you don’t think about too much when moving in, and then is such a central stressor in your life upon move out that you regret everything. After living here for 20 years and having good experiences with Robert Levin, the relationship ended when 2 tenants moved in below my apartment and meth and marijuana smoke entered my apartment at all hours of the night causing me to contact the fire department and police on two occasions. The entire building often smelled like marijuana especially entering and leaving the hallways in the building. My attorney suspected a meth lab was going on!
