Never again! If you rent from this company document everything immediately before you move in! They have an extremely poor track record when it comes to returning the security deposit. Our rental had a roof deck which was a major factor in choosing to lease it. When the roof started leaking it took forever for them to fix it and we started getting mold. When they finally came to "fix" the problem the workers tracked black roofing tar through the house. When we called to complain their response was "Well clean it up then". Th... read more
So far so good Me and my fiancee just moved into an apartment with this company in june and we like it so far. When we moved in it was very clean and in good condition. We have had a couple maintenance items like a pilot out on the stove and a bedroom knob that was loose. We figured that they would take their time doing these petty items but to our surprise their maintenance crew was over within a day of our request and took care of them. So far I would recommend this company.

I had to move because of job reasons but if I need to look for another apartment in the center city area id definitely consider them again.
