I lived in the Palisade building when Aubinoe managed it. They were extremely responsive and caring of residents, especially Amy, the site manager, and Malik, the maintenance man. A HUGE improvement over the previous management company.

Marketed as a non-smoking apartment, but tons of residents smoke inside their apartment. Hallways smell like smoking hotels. Maintenance is non-existent.
This place is great! The staff is phenomenal and attentive to any issues that might arise. Also, they’re quick to follow-up. I’m always pleasantly surprised when a maintenance person is at my door shortly after I call. Whenever I’ve had any major issues, Bill, the Building Manager, has gone above and beyond to make sure problems are resolved. He’s called me or responded to emails to make sure everything is okay.
