Did knee replacement for me. Knee is still great!Same day robotic surgery!
Very good 'bedside manner.' Clear and thorough in his explanations, including what he could do to help me and how the recovery process would work. Attentive to my questions and willing to answer every one of them.
This was my second visit with Dr. Ong and again, he was professional, took the time to answer my questions about upcoming hip surgery and he was very patient with me. He expanded on the procedure itself and what I may experience in the post-op period. I was nervous but he calmed me down. The staff was also professional and the scheduling process was smooth. Everything is done in one area and they provided all the information needed about pre-op and post-op appointments, what to expect and answered all questions.
He is very pleasant as well as knowledgeable. He explained what the X-Ray showed. Dr Ong gave me options and Didn’t pressure me. I liked the way he gave me a choice between 4 surgery dates. Plus, he made me feel not anxious about having knee surgery.A friend recommended Dr Ong to me because he did an excellent job on her knee replacement. Am glad she did.

Explained everything, showed me the replacement device, is caring & considerate. Cares about me. The best reputation. Did my bilateral knee replacement 10 years ago & had a fantastic recovery & the knees are great. Offers the latest, most up to date procedure so less invasive & no cutting muscle.
Dr. Ong did my right side hip replacement in Nov.2023 and two months later had my left side done also. Both side was a speedy recovery and able to walk my dog the very next day and two months later back to teaching my karate classes. Great staff that will treat you with respect.
Followed up with orthopedics, i had rt knee replacement 7months ago. I believe i over did it !! rt knee was stiff , tight and swollen. Doctor Ong reassured me that my rt knee replacement was fine and to live my life. Happy to hear the good news!!!
