They have terrible customer service. They were here around mid December to unclog the bath tub. They charged me $347.00 and now almost a month later the tub is backing up again. I just called them back to explain about the tub and the women who answered said that they only have a 24 hour warranty and that they would have to charge me again cause most likely I clogged it up. Hi Lourdes, I am sorry about this situation. Unfortunately it is not possible to guarantee clogs longer than our 24 hour courtesy period.
RecommendedWe had Juan out today to fix a water leak at our pressure reduction valve and another small broken pipe. He was prompt, courteous and efficient. This is the second time we have used Alvarez and very happy with their service and would highly recommend them.
I have used them on numerous occasions and the service is always perfect. This is the only company I would ever call or refer someone to call.

Customers need to ask Alvarez plumbing if their employees have completed a state certified 5 year apprenticeship. Folks, don't pay premium prices for unqualified plumbers. Don't use trainees to fix your plumbing. It is very easy for the unqualified to cause your small plumbing problem to turn into a very large problem, which you will have to pay for also.
