When the two service man came to the condo on Monday to estimate and evaluate what needed to be done. They explained it clearly and simple. By Wednesday a New Hot water heater was put in without an all day process. They act professional and worked at steady pace. Very Friendly and open to questions. The follow up procedures where made simple also. Sorry but I feel as if they should be known::: Excellent Work:: George and Miguel. Thank you both. I love the got water and pressure. Keep up the work. �

I just want to send a tremendous Thank you to Justin for getting me service so quickly. That was way more than I expected. Also George and Emanuel were wonderful. They explained exactly what they were doing throughout the service. Professional, friendly, outstanding servicemen. I would strongly recommend Alvarez Plumbing and air conditioning for any of your plumbing or AC needs.
Awful experience! The charge $200 to fix an issue and it was worse when they left. I asked for this to be repaired and Jay told me it would be 2 days to fix it. The kicker was he said "we will do this with no extra charge." They have not been back out and escalating this to a manager for quality service is a complete joke. I was referred to this company and should of read reviews first. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE.
Had Alvarez Plumbing come out today to fix a clogged bathroom drain. They were prompt and very professional while working in the house. Overall, the best experienced I’ve had with a plumbing company. It also didn’t cost me an arm and leg...thanks Alvarez Plumbing and Doug Johnson for helping us with this!
Perry was great! Very helpful, and he explained every detail to us. He even gave some preventative tips! If we ever need Alvarez again, we'll be calling for him.
