Needed a toilet replaced and figured we could get someone Tues or Wed. Nope, called at 7 this morning and they said they could be there at 730. We couldn’t do it so booked a 10-2 block. They called to see if they could come at 930 because they had a crew available then. Justin and Kyle were the techs that came and they did a great job. Started as a simple repair but turned into more as an additional leak was found and the flange was cracked in two places. Today (05/18/19) was my first experience with Alverez Plumbing and Air Conditioning. It was absolutely wonderful. Sean is the best technician I have ever met. This is saying a lot since I was in commercial property management for over 30 years. He was incredibly professional, helpful, took the time to explain and very patient.
