They saved me the weekend before Thanksgiving! My unit had a bad part and froze up completely. There was actual ice on the outside of the unit. Alvarez responded very quickly and sent a service tech within hours. Cecil came out and was very efficient diagnosing the problem. He was polite and seemed very down to earth. He explained what happened and how he could fix it. Great job!
Truly had a fantastic experience! They came in the morning and completed the job in a very professional manor. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about the work I needed done. Needed plumbing services for my elderly neighbor today. Marcus was very professional and very friendly. He took care of her drain problem quickly. She was very happy with the service provided. And happy with the 10% senior citizen discount.
I received excellent service, they arrived within an hour of my call. They were professional, honest and explained exactly what the problem was. Not to mention the rates were not outrageous. They were able to repair my AC in less than an hour and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone!!!!!!!
