Water has been backing up into our toilet and showers, so we called Alvarez Plumbing to fix the problem. The first time Alvarez Plumbing arrived, it was diagnosed that the toilet in our master bathroom was not flushing properly and needed to be replaced. Everything else was said to be fine. Over $600 later, we had a new toilet; however, the same issue returned after a few days. We called Alvarez Plumbing back, and someone came out and attempted to diagnose the problem once again. I had a bad leak with water damage, from my water heater. Was able to schedule an appointment within a few hours. **** and his assistant were excellent, very professional. Had a new water heater brought in and replaced. Recommend a restoration company that responded promptly. I got a senior discount and price I paid was $200 cheaper than I was quoted for labor alone by a local plumber. Highly recommend Alvarez Plumbing! Thank you!
