I live in an apartment complex and my AC unit stopped working and this is the company my complex uses. They came to my apartment in the morning and by the end of the day I had a brand new unit. The coworkers where very polite and knowledgeable. They worked very clean and made sure they left no mess. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs ac work

I had an emergency situation 9/25/2024. When I walked into my laundry room at 5:30 this morning water was flooding my entire tile floor and wall with non stop water. After a few minutes of frantic sweeping to get the water out of my laundry room, I called Alvarez plumbing and spoke to a wonderful dispatcher by the name of Rachel. Alvarez A/C & Plumbing is the most honest and reliable a/c company I have used. Took over my a/c maint about a year ago and we haven't had a single issue. **************** is top notch and techs are friendly and reliable. I highly recommend Alvarez to anyone looking for a reputable a/c company. Have not used Plumbing division yet, but feel ownership has alot to do with quality of employees and expect when I need them will have the same quality service. Well done Alvarez!
