Never hire Daniel Alvarez/Alvarez Builders!!! Half through my project, he claimed he ran out of money (despite being paid on time by me according to our contract agreement), therefore he later abandoned my project. I was forced to file a complaint with CSLB and was sent to an arbitration that I won. I’m attaching the verdict as proof of my truthful review. BE AWARE OF Daniel Alvarez!!

One of the trucks that belongs to this business smashed my car's bumper and dented my door and did not leave a note. When I got back to my parked car the bumper was scratched and the door had a massive dent. It was obviously from the white pickup truck with this company's logo on it, parked about a foot away. There was white paint left on my bumper and paint from my car on the edge of their door right where they opened it into mine. They didn't even bother to move the truck to a different spot.
