We ordered title and it took an extremely long time to get a title commitment. A closing date was alway an approximation (Tues or Wed). Did not produce closing documents until late in the afternoon on the day prior. Lawyer unable to review. . At the time of closing we were ambushed by a request for more documents to be sourced from a third party. We had to give the buyer a $2000 credit for the hassles. My advice is STAY AWAY !
