I initially had a relatively ok experience when I bought my car in may 2016. They have huge turnover of staff including one who sold our car being let go few days after the sale. Also they didn't pay off my loan even after I had made 1st payment for new vehicle. They had sold my old car the next day of us bringing it in before papers were signed. I made the mistake of recommending this place for a friend looking for a new truck to her. They said they got all information for payoff on her vehicle and she signed papers. Weeks ... read more
