We came to look for a car due to our car having a lot of miles on it .. I only deal with Art due to we never have had any issues!!! This was our first time buying at Alvarez must say great service as well very friendly and professional staff!!walked out with a very nice car ... thanks for making something I know it would hard to do possible!!! They had false information about a vehicle on their website and when I pointed it out after driving for an hour to look at the car, Art, who called himself a manager said "well don't buy it then", and hung up on me. I wanted them to change info so someone else wouldn't go there for FALSE information but he had no interest in that. Very poor customer service and the guy helping us could barely speak English.. I would avoid this place and go somewhere else.
I had a great experience at Alvarez auto. Very helpful and friendly not just during the purchase but even after and following through with what they promised they went above and beyond. Love my new pickup! Thanks
Came in and was helped very fast by Art and Drew, was given excellent service and very kind workers. Test drive car and bought it immediately. Very helpful.
