I just moved into my new apartment yesterday and I have to say that working with Heidi has been an absolute pleasure so far. I reached out to inquire about the unit and she made time very last minute, on Halloween day no less, to let me tour it. She was well prepared and very responsive to all my follow up questions. We were referred to Lux to start looking for our first apartment. Unfortunately, it was clear from the beginning there was no interest in helping us on our budget. I received the first contact call which we went over what we were looking for in our price range. This was greeted by a laugh and then a follow up question regarding what we want realistically.
