Beth's customer service needs work. She should definitely read the framed post in the back office about the customer not need the business and the business needing customer something to that effect.
I've always had good experiences with them they .are knowledgeable and polite. They are further away from where I live than Done'ys in Coraopolis which is much closer - but "Doney" can be rather impolite and unfriendly - actually a bit rude, so if you have the time and you don't mind going a little further then it might be worth it to go to Altvater's !
