I give this score because they aren't meeting my vulnerable clients needs. My clients wife has requested that her husband be seen in the morning not at 5 or 6pm. Who needs a bath at that hour? Instead of honoring that request and sending a different employee they are forcing us to continue getting late services and they are making the nurse come later to accommodate this defiant employee. This hospice provides compassionate, patient centered care. Each member of the team has a true hospice heart and strives to ensure that the need of each individual is met.
They were great to my husband and the staff was awesome who came into my home and over the phone as well. I will recommend them too. I took the grieving classes afterwards and felt warm and close and was able to share and not feel out of place.
This is a great company. The staff is very friendly and helpful.
