I give this score because they aren't meeting my vulnerable clients needs. My clients wife has requested that her husband be seen in the morning not at 5 or 6pm. Who needs a bath at that hour? Instead of honoring that request and sending a different employee they are forcing us to continue getting late services and they are making the nurse come later to accommodate this defiant employee.
