Never answer the phones when you need to schedule reschedule or cancel appointments
Embarrassingly bad experiences with this clinic for the past couple years. It was great before, now not so much.
Try to call and get an appointment and they either don’t answer or say they will call you back and don’t! I hate that I’m forced to use the base instead of private doctors.
Friendly, attentive staff.
