Omg! I don't know where to start. After suffering a concussion from work, i thought my life was over, but thanks to Altum Health Brampton. This is by far the best clinic and treament that I have received. From the front desk to all the clinicians. Sharan my OT was amazing, she is gentle and caring. I started visiting Altum Health in Brampton after suffering a second concussion. The front desk staff are extremely nice, friendly and helpful. Both my OT (Prabjhot) and Physiotherapist (Shiraaz) were excellent. They tailor a treatment plan to you rather than operate on a one size fit all approach. Both were integral to helping me get better and teaching me how to get back to myself. The massage therapist (Wojteck) is also excellent especially helping relieve neck tension. Hard to get appointments with same PT if you need to reschedule, their priority seems to be the WSIB clients not private work insurance clients. Felt like I was last priority. Rates expensive for 30 min appointment compared to ie: OSA in Woodbridge. I had a long wait time at my first visit. My insurance was billed before I was seen so had to wait even though inconvenient. My mother has been coming here for her concussion treatment. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Her favorite OT to work with is Nelofar. She is kind, compassionate and really wants to help her patients. Now that her treatment is almost finished, she is a little sad to be leaving as Nelofar has become like a friend to her. This is a great location for anyone that wants to get better. Highly recommended!
