first I was skeptical looking at a chevy at a ford dealer but I went ahead and did it anyway... the truck was way out on the end of the lot I was checking it out when I saw someone walking my way it was the a salesman and I figured he would be good because he walked pretty dang far to talk to me. Absolutely disgusted with this place. Went in to see about leasing a truck and the service guy completely blew us off because he was too in a hurry to close the place. Told us we were asking too many questions that he needed to close.
I will see your service department tomorrow morning. You are Ford's last hope at keeping me as a customer. I am furious at another Ford Dealer service department. And another one for not wanting to even look at my vehicle. I am willing to pay always. The initial breakdown was not fixed properly. And it has now cost me my entire vacation from work.
