I've never been to a dealership with such rude customer service. I highly advise to NEVER purchase from them. I know I won't. What's the point of a appointment time when your vehicle isn't even looked at until the next day. All they are concerned about is $$$$ I've already contacted Ford Corporate who will be taking care of the issue as a Claim # has been issued.
The service department is untrustworthy and the communication is horrible. I am definitely taking my car and my business elsewhere!
As a grown adult i have learned to take responsibility for mistakes that are made. The entire service dept obviously hasnt learned that lesson yet. It wasnt about the money it was about communication. It was also about rude people that talk too loud, especially when the customer can hear your every word. The lack of responsibility and certain people's attitudes have just cost them another customer. I have no complaints about the sales team, but service is terrible.
* update* there was a misunderstanding with the sales rep I first spoke with. I was contacted by the salesman who helped me with purchasing my vehicle and he took care me** Thanks Wes! Walked in thinking I could get help with the door code on my 2013 fusion which I purchased from here. Was told it would be $42 for something that was suppose to come with the car...
Horrible place to go buy a car from. Customer service is garage and the way they fix a car is equally as horrible. Body shop obviously took some short cuts and it shows. I would never recommend this place to anyone.
Worst customer service I have ever had anywhere in my entire life. After shaking hands on a deal (a couple of times, actually), we were told we could not have the promised deal because of salesman (and later manager) error. Each time, the price went up. We were lied to no less than 3 times in our almost-car purchase, belittled and talked to in a very condescending manner, and made to wait ridiculous amounts of time for each step of the process.
