Love the food! I have a mashed potato addiction and they have the best I've ever had!
Very disappointing. Everything from the kitchen tasted reheated and it was cold when it got to the table. The staff didn't pick up on the fact that we didn't eat anything. I never complain about a meal but when my bread pudding was frozen in the center I had to. The response I got was I'll let the chef know for next time. Unfortunately there will never be a next time for me or anyone I know.
We love Alton's and go regularly but are very disappointed that they no longer offer their incredible sourdough bread!! Sad. However, the kale caesar salad is delicious and HUGE!
