My son and I were in and out quickly. Everyone was friendly and professional. Thank goodness this place is near my home.
Went here because my own doctor was booked up and needed immediate treatment. Everyone I came in contact with was rude and snobby and seemed like they could not stand seeing patients. Nothing like being talked down to when your already feeling ill.
All 3 times I've been there I've only waited more than 20 min once cuz everyone is sick right. Receptionist is great, sweet, and NP Christin always listens, gives good advice, explains maybe why one thing works and another don't. I ended up w strep, if I knew, I know I would a been there sooner. Only missed one day of work and she had me back on my feet
Will never visit again. Rude nurse practitioner katie or kate, I was told I needed to suffer through my sinus infection for 10 days before she would prescribe me an antibiotic. Will see my REAL Doctor tomorrow not a nurse playing one in the old farm fresh. Will be disputing the bill also.
This staff is always so helpful and great with our children! Always makes sure the kids feel safe and always connect with them! Great place!!
The wait was long, but that's to be expected. It was all worth it for the excellent care we had. The MA's were SO gentle & patient with my sick toddler and the NP(Kristen) was very thorough & efficient. They even gave him a teddy bear to take home. :)
