They wouldn’t allow me in building after I got there. Had to call them on phone. The Lady I called said they couldn’t take care of me, I should go to ER. I got a prescription for an infection, which I knew. Would of Cost $80 at Clinic, but I had to go to ER which cost $2,000 dollars. 😠
took my daughter there. had to call a # to get in. she was NOT having Covid symptoms, and they wouldn't even look at her. I felt like because it was 30 minutes before closing, they just didn't want to be bothered.

In & out in about 1/2 hour, treated & scripts sent to the pharmacy before I left the building. No problems. I'd recommend them & use them again if needed.
Refused to see me after I caught 2 busses because my doctor is not in the BJC network. Horrible service and needs shut down.
I had a great experience on two different occasions...once for flu and another for wasps stings.. fast, professional and effective treatment recommendations. Just check to see what your copay is for your respective insurance....ours was just a $20 charge total with Healthlink.No other charges.

If i hadn't visited this place, i would still be suffering from kidney stones. The NPs are so nice and very well educated. I've never felt like anyone cared as much as their staff does. Thank you to you all!! I highly recommend Alton Memorial Convenient Care.
