I was disappointed with our experience with your agency and now wish that we would have used another agency. There apparently is a policy in place that doesn't permit an agent to discuss an offer over the phone. My wife and I traveled from Boardman to Niles with the promise of a "substantial" offer for our house only to hear an offer below our asking price. While signing papers for the sale, I was led to believe I would receive $1,100.00 less than my original asking price. However, the check I received was much lower due to ... read more
