Mark Heinrich from Alto VW Blacktown is an abhorrent and dishonest sales person. He cancelled my order for a new car due to my insurance company taking too long to send funds and he refused to refund my $2,000.00 deposit even though he already had another buyer and sold my car to them. Disgusting behaviour. This was to be my second purchase from VW Australia spending over $80,000.00 and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.
