Do not purchase anything from there!!!! I had the worst experience when bought a 2022 Toyota hilux rugged x for nearly $70,000. Customer service was terrible my calls being ignored n emails being ignored. When I received my car I was told it was basically brand new which was a lie. My canopy leaks when it rains n it also has a crack in it n doesn't shut properly, my tyres were bald n unroad worthy, was told they fixed my UHF which still does not work, had scratches n dents over it as well. I had a very disappointing experience with Alto Blacktown. The car I purchased was not roadworthy, and I’m genuinely concerned about how it passed certification. To confirm, I conducted two separate roadworthy checks, both of which flagged significant issues. I’ve reported this matter to the authorities as a road safety concern, particularly if other cars they’re selling are in similar condition.
