There is very poor communication between the booking team and what is being promised. I would be very cautious to anyone taking their car here.
Had beyond the best service you could ever ask for when it comes to purchasing a brand new car. The whole team constantly worked as a collective to answer any questions I had or inform me of any updates with my purchase. Brought a brand-new DMX two months ago customer service was very poor. Now trying to get hold of the service department to book in my first initial service spent 25 minutes on hold nobody would answer constantly get hung up on so I’m just gonna take it to my mechanic. If you could buy a car somewhere else, I would suggest you do that.
